The PDM API eCourse teaches the fundamentals of programming with the API and gives great examples of connecting to a vault, updating variables, creating users and many more examples. These examples and this eCourse provide the basis to begin creating stand-alone programs and add-ins that can be used with a SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional vault.
