Simple Sheet Metal Part 1: This sheet metal part has a feature that determines the thickness and bend radius. A 14 Gauge Aluminum was used for this model. The Sheetmetal part is symmetric with respect to the right plane except for the last two edge flanges. Sheetmetal features are used so that the part can be flattened out to create a flat pattern.
